At OZIRO, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.


⏰ Return Window

You may return your order within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.


✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product is unused and in its original packaging
  • You are not satisfied with the product (within 10 days)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products returned after 10 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Page within 10 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. For damaged/wrong products, attach a clear photo of the product
  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please share your bank details when contacting us
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your refund is initiated

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged/wrong products: Return shipping is covered by OZIRO
  • For other returns: Return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of return request
